A calm presence. A bold operator.
With over 15 years in healthcare, I've built a career on one principle: simplify the path forward and deliver outcomes that matter. I work with startups finding their footing and established companies ready to scale, bridging the gap between strategy and execution at every stage.

I don't hand you a report and walk away. I get in the work with you, diagnosing what's broken, building what's missing, and staying until it sticks.
From standing up operations at early-stage companies to restructuring core functions at growth-stage ones, my focus has always been the same: cut the complexity, create alignment, and move fast toward what matters.
In high-pressure environments, I'm the steady hand. Leaders and teams describe me as the calm in the room: someone who navigates uncertainty without losing focus, builds trust across competing priorities, and makes decisions with clarity when others are reactive.
I bring together operations, finance, sales, marketing, and systems thinking into a single coherent strategy. My work creates environments where teams feel ownership, not just direction.
Early in my career I was in sales: quota-driven, client-facing, and quietly studying why some businesses scaled and others stalled. That curiosity pulled me toward operations and leadership, and eventually to Ways2Well, where I joined on Day 1 as COO. I built the operational infrastructure from the ground up, hired the entire team, and helped grow the business from zero to a multi-million dollar company in a telehealth space that was still figuring out what it was. From there I took a partner role at Revive Rx Pharmacy, where I oversaw back-office operations, including finance and the accounting function, through a sustained growth period. That's the foundation I bring to every engagement.
I solve problems that matter. I synthesize complex viewpoints, stay calm under pressure, and find practical paths forward so businesses can scale, adapt, and succeed on their own terms.
Joined Ways2Well on Day 1 as COO, hired the entire team, and grew the business from zero to multi-million dollar revenue in a telehealth space that was still finding its footing. Later brought in as a partner at Revive Rx to prepare the business for scale.
Designed and launched new business lines from scratch: full telehealth infrastructure, staffing models, technology stacks, and go-live plans. Built to run without me when the engagement ends.
80%+ of clients have extended beyond their initial engagement term. Not because it's required. Because the work compounds. Every system I build is designed to create momentum, not dependency.
Led early EHR and telehealth integration at Ways2Well, helping position the company ahead of an industry that was still catching up.
Whether you need a fractional COO to run operations while you focus on growth, a strategic advisor to cut through complexity, or an operator who stays in the work until results are real, Cardinal Point Innovations meets you where you are.
I tailor every engagement to your stage, your team, and the specific outcomes you're chasing. No templates, no off-the-shelf frameworks. Just clear thinking, disciplined execution, and measurable results.
Outside of work, I'm based in the Houston area with my family. I'm a lifelong baseball fan — I coach my kids and follow the game closely. You'll also find me chasing good food, live music, and the occasional trip somewhere worth the flight.
